Ian Barbour Intro

My name is Ian and I am a junior at Sehome High School and I am taking running start here at Whatcom. So far I really enjoy my Whatcom classes more then my Sehome classes, so next year I hope to do a full schedule at Whatcom. I have always really enjoyed writing and in the past classes would let me write a lot of different things I wanted to so I wrote stories and persuasive essays and stuff like that, which was pretty fun. Now a days I mostly write texts, write on online forums and sometimes on myspace. I really only text for short conversations that pretty much just go "wana chill" "sure" because if it is a longer conversation I might as well call them. I go to online forums because I found out there is millions of people online who want to help you with pretty much anything, so I can ask for help on homework or fixing stuff or anything and I get multiple responses in minutes. I used to be completely addicted to Aim and Myspace but I have recently broke my addiction and now I just use myspace to talk to my friends who have moved away. I could probably live just fine without any of these online writing devises, but they do make communicating pretty handy.
