Computing the Cost, claims

There have been two general criticisms of my article, one that the phenomenon that write about-the loss of the ability to concentrate and be comtemplative- simply isn't happening. This claim brings up a great question of whether the way we process information is really changing. Are our brains rewiring themselves to bounce around informationg like the web. We think he brings this up to show the other point of veiw to his claims. What is happening to our human intelligence and our human culture? Another claim that Carr makes is that "If everybody in the study had shown the same pattern of brain activity from the start, that would have told us that this is just the way your brain works when you surf the web". Carr uses this to back up the idea that our brain is being rewired when people use the internet.
