"A vision of Students Today" by Michael Wesch is suggesting that our technology is more advanced then how our class rooms operate. What goods bringing a laptop to class if your just going to be on Facebook? Technology starts to turn into a distraction. No one can help stop themselves from surfing around on the web when your bored out of your mind in class. "Use Internet more then books", if that's the case and people graduate 20,000+ in debit, why even have books? Most if not all information is online anyways. In his 2007 video Wesch sorta pointed out where theirs lots of wasted money in colleges, books that you don't need, computers that cost more then some people make. I cant imagine going to class and having over a hundred students in my room. You can only assume that not everyone going to attend class if the teacher doesn't even know your name and wouldn't notice you gone.
