My name is Jesus Garcia, I was born in Bellingham so I am as local you could possibly get.I come from a rather big Mexican family which doesn't sound too surprising and it really isn't I just felt the need to include this oh so valuable piece of information. Some of my interests include soccer or as American as a collective whole have refused to call it "Football" (it's proper name). I am a die hard Manchester United fan, clearly I don't live in Manchester England but I would like to travel there some day, or at least cross the one of the two big ponds that separates us from most of the world. I'm kind of a puzzle nut, mainly just Rubik's cubes, which is why I carry at least one ever where I go, normally I would argue that it isn't as dorky as it sounds but it really is just as if not more. My music preferences are kind of all over the place but i really don't like rap or popular music for that matter.I also enjoy video games and longboarding which are self-explanatory as to the reasons why I do them so yeah lets move on. I'm not sure what type of degree I want to go for, as of right now I would like pursue some type of degree in Philosophy or Engineering, or maybe even both, even though they're as opposite as can possibly be, but that's just the way I roll.
when I do things like this where I have to describe myself I usually try to sound as least narcissistic as possibly but what happens most of the time is I pull a 180 into selfdeprication. I like to write as if I'm directly having a conversation with some one, and most of the it works out well, but tone of voice is a little hard to write down on paper and I usually end up putting in parenthesis what my tone really is. I also like write as if my highschool english teacher was saying the word I write down, constantly asking myself "would or wouldn't he say this". one thing that I really can not stand is "lol". it's like, what make you think what you just said was funny? but I digress, one thing I've noticed is that I'm very critical about spelling, and very often I find myself consulting the Digital Messiah of English vocabulary that is Dictionary.com even for simple word such as "pursue".
